Job Summary
Connecting underserved individuals with Community Health Navigators, the full-time remote Enrollment Representative will conduct outbound calls, manage enrollment documentation, and ensure compliance while working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach and consent potential members for the ECM program
- Accurately complete enrollment and eligibility documentation for consented individuals
- Maintain accurate records in the technology platform for all outreach attempts
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare environment, social services, or community-based organizations is a plus
- Call center or other sales experience
- Availability to work a 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm shift
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
