Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the enrollment process for clinical trials, the full-time Enrollment Specialist will engage with potential candidates, manage scheduling and follow-up tasks, and ensure timely screening visits, all while working collaboratively with site enrollment leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outreach to prioritize and contact eligible candidates for clinical trials
• Book and confirm screening visits, ensuring candidates have the necessary support to attend
• Log interactions and track performance metrics related to outreach and candidate engagement

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in clinical research, healthcare, or customer-facing roles
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple studies and candidates simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/clinical trial management systems
• Ability to meet clear performance targets and demonstrate persistence in candidate follow-up
• Sound judgment in handling sensitive health information with discretion
