Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the enrollment process for clinical trials, the full-time Enrollment Specialist will engage with potential candidates, manage scheduling and follow-up tasks, and ensure timely screening visits for industry-sponsored studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to prioritize and engage with potential candidates from initial contact through their first screening visit
• Book and confirm screening appointments, arrange transportation, and troubleshoot any barriers to attendance
• Log interactions and outcomes in Salesforce while collaborating closely with site enrollment teams to meet screening goals

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in clinical research, healthcare, or high-touch customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple studies and candidates simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or clinical trial management platforms
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building rapport quickly
• Ability to work towards measurable targets and demonstrate persistence in follow-up efforts
