Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the full enrollment lifecycle, the fully remote Enrollment Specialist will ensure accurate and timely submission of member enrollments to insurance carriers, handling new hires, open enrollments, and qualifying life events while maintaining relationships with carriers and performing validation audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit carrier applications for various enrollment types and ensure accuracy before submission
• Maintain operational relationships with insurance carriers and coordinate on enrollment issues
• Perform post-enrollment validation and compliance auditing to verify coverage accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in benefits enrollment, insurance administration, or a related field
• Health insurance industry experience with an understanding of carrier enrollment processes
• Proficiency with multiple carrier enrollment portals and strong data entry skills
• Familiarity with health insurance plan types and enrollment lifecycle stages
