Job Summary
To support the enrollment process for home care and facility services, the part-time Enrollment Specialist will manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls, educate stakeholders on program requirements, and guide them through the enrollment process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone outreach to insureds and providers regarding EVV enrollment
- Educate callers on enrollment procedures and assist with completing necessary documentation
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure timely completion of enrollment
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy requirements and confidentiality standards
- Experience in customer service or call center environments
- Ability to work independently in a dedicated remote work location
