Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Enrollment Specialist will manage the enrollment of members in Health Management programs by making outbound calls, receiving inbound inquiries, and documenting activities in the Aerial platform.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to eligible members to explain program benefits and schedule assessments
- Receive inbound calls for enrollment and customer service inquiries, providing assistance as needed
- Document recruitment activities and member interactions accurately in the Aerial documentation platform
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- At least 2 years of general customer service experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling during business hours
