Enteral Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

Hiring remotely in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, the full-time Enteral Patient Service Representative will assist clinical staff in providing pharmacy services to home infusion therapy patients through regular communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff.

Key responsibilities

• Contacts Enteral patients to review supply needs and documents changes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Manages patient delivery timelines and communicates any changes in product or supply usage to relevant parties
• Records service information accurately in the EMR and ensures compliance with payer regulations and confidentiality standards

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service abilities
• Effective communication skills with patients and staff at all levels
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Dependability in attendance and job performance
