Enterprise Agile Planning SME

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Enterprise Agile Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) to remotely administer and optimize the Agility platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives while enhancing Agile delivery processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for the Agility platform, administering and configuring enterprise environments
• Design and optimize workflows to support Agile software delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize platform effectiveness
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide the highest level of technical support while developing governance and best practices for platform administration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Expert-level experience administering and supporting the Agility platform in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience configuring enterprise Agile management platforms and designing workflows, permissions, and reporting
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues while supporting multiple Scrum teams
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in user documentation and end-user training
