Enterprise AI Enablement Manager
Job Summary
To drive AI fluency and enablement across a global workforce, the full-time Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI will design training programs, build an AI knowledge base, and lead adoption efforts for AI tools, working remotely or onsite in Austin, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Design persona-based enablement programs to enhance organizational fluency with AI tools
- Build and maintain a central AI knowledge base with training resources and best practices
- Lead a champions network across business units to promote AI tool adoption and usage
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in enablement, learning and development, or change management at an enterprise scale
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini
- Experience in designing role-based learning programs and measuring their business impact
- Proven success in building and leading global champion or ambassador networks
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, data, and business stakeholders
