Enterprise AI Platform Director
Job Summary
Providing strategic and technical leadership, the full-time remote Enterprise AI Platform Director will establish capabilities and operating models for AI solutions, manage a high-performing team, and align platform investments with enterprise priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Define the enterprise AI platform strategy and capability roadmap while aligning it with product roadmaps and engineering needs
- Lead the design and evolution of shared AI platform capabilities, including model management and observability
- Communicate platform strategy to stakeholders and partner with product management to address prioritized business outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ten years of progressive technology experience in platform engineering, architecture, or enterprise technology leadership
- Strong knowledge of generative AI concepts and modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams and establish platform strategies
- Understanding of governance, security, privacy, and compliance considerations for enterprise AI
