Owning the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, the Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer will manage a diverse portfolio of SaaS platforms, including Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft 365, while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise SaaS applications from evaluation to retirement
- Lead SaaS procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations to optimize costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence of managed tools
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications or SaaS portfolio management
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Atlassian, Slack, and Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of the SaaS lifecycle, including procurement and implementation
- Experience working with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively
