Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

Defining and governing the architectural strategy for enterprise technology, the full-time salaried Enterprise Architect will manage the Helpdesk team, lead data migration initiatives, and establish architectural standards across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, technology standards, and multi-year technology roadmap
• Manage and mentor the Helpdesk team, ensuring end-user support meets service level agreements
• Architect and lead enterprise data migration initiatives, including cloud migrations and data center transitions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or IT architecture roles, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure
• Prior experience managing or leading a Helpdesk or IT support team
• Demonstrated experience in architecting and leading enterprise data migration projects
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF
