Job Summary
To lead a globally distributed development pod, the full-time Enterprise Team Lead - .NET, Azure + AI will define technical strategy, guide engineering teams, and ensure the effective design and operation of enterprise applications while championing modern software engineering practices and AI-powered development tools.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a globally distributed development team, fostering accountability and collaboration
- Own the technical architecture and solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives
- Drive sprint, release, and quarterly planning activities, managing dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role such as Technical Architect or Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET and enterprise application architecture
- Experience designing and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience with microservices, distributed systems, and modern integration patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with Azure certifications preferred
