Job Summary
To support the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Enterprise Architect - Healthcare Systems will manage complex financial and healthcare systems, focusing on architecture design, integration solutions, and modernization strategies, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise, solution, application, infrastructure, and integration architecture
- Architect modernization of legacy healthcare and financial systems
- Design and document Azure cloud infrastructure and perform cost analysis
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of relevant Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture experience
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and EDI/X12 transactions
- Experience with Azure architecture and infrastructure, including VM sizing and cost analysis
