Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Architect specializing in hire-to-retire processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop process-to-system maps detailing hire-to-retire processes and their associated data flows
  • Promote a platform-first strategy around employee lifecycle management capabilities in Workday
  • Analyze and eliminate redundancy and inefficiencies within the digital product portfolio
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of engineering and architecture experience in the human capital management domain
  • Strong background in architecture methodology
  • Practical experience with HR systems, specifically Workday
  • Knowledge in the HR domain, including learning tools, benefits management, and payroll processes
