Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Architect specializing in hire-to-retire processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop process-to-system maps detailing hire-to-retire processes and their associated data flows
- Promote a platform-first strategy around employee lifecycle management capabilities in Workday
- Analyze and eliminate redundancy and inefficiencies within the digital product portfolio
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of engineering and architecture experience in the human capital management domain
- Strong background in architecture methodology
- Practical experience with HR systems, specifically Workday
- Knowledge in the HR domain, including learning tools, benefits management, and payroll processes
