Enterprise Architecture Director

Job Summary

To support integration efforts across acquired agencies, the full-time salaried Enterprise Architecture Director will evaluate environments, define alignment with target architecture, and lead implementation while working in a hybrid remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a scalable discovery methodology for assessing acquired agencies' systems and integrations
• Develop tools and documentation to enable consistent execution of discovery activities across acquisitions
• Provide architecture leadership throughout implementation to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related technology leadership roles
• Deep experience with insurance agency platforms and technologies such as AMS360, Epic, or similar solutions
• Proven ability to design and implement repeatable frameworks and methodologies for cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of APIs, application integrations, and data architecture
• Previous experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or large-scale integration efforts preferred
