Enterprise Architecture Leader

Job Summary

Leading enterprise architecture initiatives, the full-time AVP, Enterprise Architecture will define and drive the architecture strategy across business capabilities, applications, data, cloud, and cybersecurity in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy, creating architecture blueprints and roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities
• Guide the architecture strategy for a scalable multi-member platform supporting Personal and Commercial P&C lines of business
• Provide architecture leadership for M&A and integration of new P&C insurance companies into the shared services model

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of technology and architecture experience, including 7+ years in enterprise architecture or architecture leadership roles
• Strong experience in P&C insurance and core insurance platforms such as Guidewire
• Experience with M&A, onboarding, and integration of P&C insurance companies
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead architecture governance
