Enterprise Business Architect
Job Summary
To support enterprise-wide transformation, the full-time salaried Enterprise Business Architect will translate business strategy into actionable capability maps and investment roadmaps while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to create capability maps, value streams, and target operating models
- Analyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
- Lead workshops and interviews to gather requirements and build consensus on architectural direction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in business/enterprise architecture or management consulting
- Experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ServiceNow, YouDesign)
- Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK)
- Proven experience developing capability models and value stream maps
