Job Summary
To transform security operations and integrate them into product delivery, the full-time Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity will lead initiatives in Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and DevSecOps while implementing AI-assisted models in a hybrid or onsite role based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise security strategy, focusing on automation and efficient practices
- Oversee security operations, including incident response, threat intelligence, and resilience programs
- Manage compliance programs and vendor risk management, ensuring adherence to regulations and security best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in transitioning security organizations to DevSecOps models
- Strong background in SOC operations and incident response management
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, NIST CSF, and telecom regulations
