Enterprise Cybersecurity Director

Job Summary

Leading a transformative approach to security, the full-time Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity will manage security operations, governance, risk compliance, and DevSecOps, while working in a hybrid or onsite capacity near Scottsdale, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Set and implement the enterprise security strategy, focusing on automation and secure-by-design practices
• Direct incident response and forensics, overseeing a move to an AI-assisted security operations center (SOC)
• Manage compliance programs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS and telecom obligations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing security teams
• Experience transitioning security organizations to embedded, DevSecOps-style delivery
• Strong background in SOC operations and incident response, including managing MDR/MSSP providers
• Deep knowledge of identity and privileged access management, as well as governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
