Job Summary
Experienced in enterprise architecture, the full-time salaried Enterprise Digital Experience Architect will provide architectural leadership across the digital customer experience ecosystem, focusing on integration strategies for acquired businesses while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the lead architect for the Molex Digital Customer Experience ecosystem, guiding customer-facing digital capabilities
- Define and evolve the target-state Digital CX architecture, ensuring cohesive integration of platforms, applications, and data
- Develop acquisition integration roadmaps and reusable approaches for migrating acquired businesses into the Molex ecosystem
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale digital or application integration initiatives
- Strong understanding of API-first architecture and modern integration patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
