Enterprise Engineer Associate
Job Summary
Providing support for HCMC applications throughout their lifecycle, the full-time Enterprise Engineer Associate will manage implementations, maintenance, and upgrades while working primarily remotely with occasional on-site responsibilities for system upgrades.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the management of the complete lifecycle for small to medium supported applications
- Analyze various error logs and provide first-line support for troubleshooting technical issues
- Understand and implement basic security best practices related to applications and servers
Required qualifications
- Associates of Arts (AA) or Bachelor's degree, or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience
- No prior experience required
- Understanding of basic DICOM configuration and HL7 message concepts
- Ability to evaluate and modify configuration components (.ini/xml files)
- Willingness to participate in rotating overnight and weekend on-call support
