Job Summary
Partnering with the Director of FP&A, the full-time Enterprise FP&A Lead will manage ARR forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting on key metrics while providing strategic finance support across the organization in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the build and maintenance of ARR forecasting models, incorporating various data sources
- Generate monthly and quarterly SaaS metrics reports covering unit economics and attainment against targets
- Conduct variance analysis on actual versus forecast results and present findings to leadership
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of top-line experience in SaaS
- Strong business modeling and analytical skills, particularly in Excel
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics
- Experience with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, or Workday
