Job Summary
Partnering with a Director of FP&A, the full-time salaried Enterprise FP&A Lead will manage ARR forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting on key financial metrics while providing strategic finance support across the organization in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the build and maintenance of ARR forecasting models, incorporating capacity, attainment, pipeline data, and renewal data
- Generate monthly and quarterly SaaS metrics reports covering unit economics, NRR, renewal rates, and attainment against targets
- Conduct variance analysis on actual versus forecast results and present findings with recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of top-line experience in SaaS
- Experience with Excel and strong business modeling and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics
- Demonstrated history with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, or Workday
