Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the deployment of IoT solutions for Enterprise customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Consultant will ensure successful adoption and ongoing value from the technology while collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment of Samsara technology to Enterprise customers, ensuring quick time to value
• Create launch plans and track implementation progress, adoption, and account health
• Adapt training and communication strategies to meet diverse customer needs and complexities

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
• Experience supporting or working with technical products and end-to-end system implementations
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence in a demanding environment
