Enterprise Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end implementation process, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Manager will onboard large advisory firms by understanding their requirements, configuring the Wealthbox platform, educating stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the implementation process from kickoff through go-live for Wealthbox's largest advisory firms
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their organizational needs and guide them through the setup and configuration of the platform
- Run training sessions and walkthroughs to promote effective use of the product, including its AI features
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, consulting, or product education within a SaaS environment
- Experience with enterprise or complex B2B customer implementations
- Ability to quickly learn complex software and explain it to non-technical users
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent implementations
- Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
