Enterprise Infrastructure Service Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Enterprise Infrastructure Service Manager, this role will manage the service provided by the Enterprise Infrastructure Team, focusing on technical strategy, operational readiness, and continuous process improvements, with a preferred hybrid work arrangement in Lincoln, RI.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee team performance and provide effective solutions to align with corporate strategy
• Ensure operational support, including incident management and infrastructure maintenance, while adhering to ITIL standards
• Drive the development and implementation of short- and long-term service strategies, collaborating with cross-functional partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in project or team management, or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of experience with key infrastructure technologies and architectural considerations
• Deep understanding of hyperconverged infrastructure, virtualization, and public cloud providers
• Experience with vendor management and strong conflict-resolution skills
• Proven leadership abilities and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
