Enterprise Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the implementation experience for large enterprise customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Onboarding Consultant will lead onboarding journeys, manage complex multi-location projects, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful outcomes for clients in the Sports & Entertainment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation
• Oversee a portfolio of 50+ concurrent implementations, managing project lifecycles from setup to go-live
• Act as the central communication hub, providing progress updates and driving proactive solutions to keep projects on track

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or program management, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-location implementations with 500+ revenue centers
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage with executive-level stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating risks and driving improvements
