Enterprise Onboarding Engineer
Job Summary
Providing expert onboarding services, the full-time Enterprise Onboarding Engineer will assist customers through the implementation of the Sectigo product portfolio while working remotely, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver production and proof-of-concept onboarding services to customers, facilitating implementation of Sectigo products
- Act as a subject matter expert during post-sales engagements, maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the onboarding process
- Contribute to the Onboarding Readiness Program by improving internal processes and updating documentation
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3+ years of IT industry experience, including at least 1 year in a customer implementation environment
- Experience with Microsoft software, specifically Active Directory and Microsoft Certificate Authority
- Strong familiarity with Linux platforms and webservers/firewall/load balancers
- Public Cloud certification (Azure, GCP, AWS) is strongly preferred
