Enterprise Onboarding Engineer
Job Summary
Providing expert onboarding services, the full-time Enterprise Onboarding Engineer will assist customers with the implementation of the Sectigo product portfolio while working remotely from Paris, France.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver production and proof-of-concept onboarding services to customers, ensuring smooth implementation of products
- Act as a subject matter expert during post-sales engagements, maintaining high standards of communication and customer service
- Contribute to the Onboarding Readiness Program by improving internal processes and updating documentation
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of IT industry experience, including at least 1 year in a customer implementation environment
- Experience with Microsoft software systems, specifically Active Directory and Microsoft Certificate Authority
- Proficiency in Linux platforms and experience with web servers and firewall/load balancers
- Strong knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) is preferred
