Enterprise Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent communication and adherence to customer and company standards
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of billing, documentation, and tracking
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers and gather key customer data
Required Qualifications:
- Previous project management experience in AV, Digital Signage, Unified Communications, or Building Technology
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to interpret engineering schematics and communicate design intent
- PMP Certification preferred
- Industry certifications such as CTS AVIXA or ITIL are a plus
