Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Santos Financial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement mechanisms for delivering rebates and reimbursements to merchants
- Identify opportunities for automation and proactive processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Design self-service workflows to empower merchants and define processes for accurate reimbursement calculations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
