Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Project Associate who will be responsible for onboarding Enterprise customers, coordinating project schedules, identifying customer needs and challenges, and maintaining technical expertise in the product functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with key client stakeholders and cross-functional team members to gather and interpret build requirements
  • Coordinate project schedules and handle multiple assignments
  • Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for process improvements
Professional Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in professional services or implementation
  • Previous software development experience in areas such as Electronic Health Records, user credentialing processes, and integration and configuration processes
  • Ability to communicate complex technical principles to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on, high-energy, passionate and creative problem solver with leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in the US healthcare industry and common technologies used is a plus
