Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support for the organization's compliance and risk management initiatives, the full-time salaried Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager will oversee policy management, regulatory tracking, and case preparation while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of the enterprise compliance program and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
• Oversee policy management, regulatory deadline tracking, and preparation for fraud and whistleblower cases
• Act as a liaison for internal legal and compliance inquiries, collaborating with various departments and external advisors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, or legal operations
• Strong foundational knowledge of investigations, compliance, and administrative procedures
• Experience with case management, due diligence, and communication
• Compliance and/or Risk Management Certification (e.g., CCEP, CFE, CRM, RIMS-CRMP) preferred
