Job Summary

To strengthen enterprise risk management capabilities, the full-time salaried Enterprise Risk Management Lead will manage risk frameworks, provide advisory support, and build risk culture while working onsite in Farmington Hills, MI, with some remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the enterprise risk management framework, governance practices, and reporting standards
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, facilitating risk-informed discussions and translating complex risk information into actionable recommendations
• Develop training and resources to promote a proactive risk management culture across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, audit, compliance, or a related field
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance practices
• Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders
• Proven capability to connect risk analysis to strategic and operational decisions
