Enterprise Solution Consultant
Job Summary
Partnering with the Enterprise presales Solution Consulting and field sales teams, the remote Enterprise Solution Consultant will uncover customer business challenges, document complex processes, and create tailored solutions leveraging Docusign's platform to drive net-new business.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Engage in technical conversations and share industry insights with stakeholders across large enterprise organizations
- Demonstrate product value through custom-built presentations and technical Q&A sessions
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in an Enterprise presales role selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams and proposals
- Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM
- Proven experience with software system configuration and integration
