Job Summary
Partnering closely with two Enterprise Client Executives, the full-time remote Enterprise Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor, developing account strategies and driving successful customer engagements across a diverse enterprise territory.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to identify business initiatives and technical challenges
- Design and position solutions from the NetApp portfolio to align with customer business outcomes
- Manage multiple customer engagements while building relationships with enterprise stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related fields within an enterprise technology environment
- Proven success supporting enterprise customers through complex technology sales cycles
- Strong foundation in storage or storage-adjacent infrastructure technologies
- Broad technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including virtualization and hybrid cloud
- Experience designing technical solutions that align with customer business objectives
