Enterprise Systems Consultant
Job Summary
To support private equity investors and portfolio company leaders, the part-time contract Enterprise Systems Consultant will lead technology diligence and value creation engagements, assessing enterprise systems and critical business processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sell-side and buy-side technology diligence, including evidence review and buyer-readiness assessments
- Evaluate ERP, CRM, and warehouse systems, focusing on business processes, data quality, and operational effectiveness
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for investors and management teams
Required qualifications
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in enterprise systems, IT operations, or technology leadership
- Experience leading multiple technology assessments for private equity or corporate M&A clients
- Leadership-level knowledge of ERP, CRM, and traditional infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to conduct process assessments across multiple business functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to estimate technology investments
