Enterprise Systems Director
Job Summary
As the first dedicated Enterprise Systems Director, this full-time remote position will manage Blueland's enterprise systems and IT operations, focusing on enhancing business processes, overseeing the NetSuite roadmap, and ensuring effective technology support for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the NetSuite enhancement roadmap, partnering with Finance and Operations to improve business processes
- Manage the enterprise systems project pipeline, ensuring clear requirements and successful implementations
- Serve as the primary internal contact for employee IT needs, managing routine requests and building scalable support processes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems, ERP, or IT/business technology roles
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite, supporting Finance and Operations
- Experience managing technology vendors and leading systems implementations from requirements to optimization
- Knowledge of business processes such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay
- Familiarity with e-commerce, EDI, and 3PL/fulfillment integrations is preferred
