Enterprise Systems Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing enterprise technology initiatives, the full-time salaried Enterprise Systems Program Delivery Manager will independently oversee project execution from initiation to close, ensuring timely and in-scope delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, manage, and deliver enterprise systems projects, ensuring on-time and in-scope completion
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise systems performance and continuous improvement
• Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare project status reports for leadership visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or IT delivery, ideally within an enterprise PMO environment
• Demonstrated experience managing project timelines and stakeholder communications independently
• Working knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integrations is a plus
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); PMP or CSM certification preferred but not required
