Enterprise Systems Specialist
Job Summary
Serving as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, the full-time remote Enterprise Systems Specialist will support, optimize, and enhance the ERP ecosystem while collaborating with various business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system enhancements, configuration activities, testing, deployment, and ongoing support efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Monitor system performance, stability, security, and user adoption while managing relationships with vendors and consultants
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
- Experience translating business requirements into functional system solutions
- Strong understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, and operational business processes
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or significant enhancements
