Enterprise Tools Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Enterprise team remotely, the full-time Enterprise Tools Business Analyst will gather, document, and analyze requirements to enhance processes and service delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories
- Manage backlog, coordinate testing, and facilitate meetings to align solutions with operational needs and stakeholder expectations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of initiatives from concept through delivery
Required qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience as a Lead Business Analyst or functional lead across multiple Agile Teams
- Strong background in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
