Job Summary
Driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Enterprise Transformation Manager will lead strategic projects to enhance operational excellence, partner with executive leadership to achieve business objectives, and ensure effective governance processes across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
- Drive accountability across stakeholders and facilitate executive decision-making
- Monitor project health, risks, and performance metrics to support business objectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise project management, program management, or transformation
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
- Strong experience in portfolio governance and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated success working with executive leadership teams
- Experience supporting AI initiatives or implementing AI governance programs is preferred
