Job Summary

Leading enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time salaried VP, Enterprise Transformation & Integration will oversee the Transformation Management Office, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while managing cross-functional teams and external advisors to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise transformation and integration portfolio, translating strategic priorities into an integrated roadmap
• Establish and lead the Transformation Management Office to standardize initiative planning, execution, and governance
• Serve as a cross-functional leader, coordinating internal and external resources for major transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, program management, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs with executive-level accountability
• Experience establishing or leading a Transformation Management Office or comparable portfolio-management capability
• Strong understanding of ERP, technology, data, and operating model transformation, along with experience advising senior leaders
