Job Summary
Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time salaried Enterprise Valuation Analyst II will perform independent business valuations, produce detailed valuation reports, and conduct industry research to support credit and risk decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare enterprise valuation reports documenting methodology, assumptions, and conclusions for leveraged lending underwriting
- Calculate enterprise value using DCF models and run sensitivity analyses to support defensible valuation ranges
- Communicate effectively with deal teams to manage transaction deadlines and review projection assumptions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 2-5 years of credit analysis or valuation experience, preferably in Capital Markets or Leveraged Finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Understanding of valuation concepts such as market comps, free cash flow, and WACC
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting complex financial data
