Entertainment Lighting Associate Rep

Job Summary

Supporting Rental Reps throughout the order life cycle, the full-time remote Entertainment Lighting Associate Rep will assist with bidding, order processing, and client communication while managing administrative duties and ensuring effective collaboration between Reps and Project Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in bidding and order processing by producing formal bid presentations and managing new order inquiries
• Provide order execution support by facilitating communication between Reps and Project Managers and attending client production meetings
• Perform administrative duties including monitoring rental contracts, reviewing billing reports, and supporting AR collections

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of entertainment lighting equipment and various market segments
• Proficiency in Nexus, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in client relationship management and strategic business analysis
• High level of confidence and interpersonal skills in diverse environments
• Proactive organizational skills with a focus on detail and problem-solving
