Job Summary
Supporting the Incentives, Benefits & Reconciliation Accounting department, the full-time Entry-Level Accountant will perform incentive calculations, account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance research while working remotely with occasional travel to Chattanooga.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards
- Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use
- Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience (4 years in a related field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
