Entry Level Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Entry Level Customer Service Specialist, the successful candidate will manage phone calls and emails related to retirement plan withdrawal and loan transactions while receiving paid training and pursuing required certifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer participant services line phone calls and emails to assist clients and participants
• Help initiate requests through recordkeeper sites and address questions regarding pending requests
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and plan sponsors for effective communication

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Bilingual speaking is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities without supervision
• Superior organizational and coordination skills
• Coachable and committed to professional development
