Entry-Level Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support data-driven initiatives, the full-time Entry-Level Data Engineer will collaborate with the analytics team to design and implement scalable ETL processes, perform data extraction and manipulation, and build utilities to enhance data flow.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the analytics team to develop reliable data solutions that meet business needs
- Design and implement scalable ETL or ELT processes to support data demands
- Build utilities and frameworks to improve data flow patterns and incorporate automated unit tests
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Intermediate proficiency in Python, with experience in data processing tools such as Numpy and Pandas being a plus
- Experience with relational databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Strong desire to learn and passion for data
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
