Entry-Level Designer Position

Job Summary

To support early-career professionals in discovering their technology discipline, the full-time remote Designer I position will provide hands-on project experience, mentorship, and exposure to various practice areas such as ICT/Telecom, Security, AV, and Wireless.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on project work to apply discipline fundamentals and support engineering and production teams
• Collaborate closely with a mentor to guide development and assign work tasks
• Participate in an adapted assessment to evaluate foundational aptitude and learning orientation

Required qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with exposure to technology systems, AEC, or a related technical field
• Degree in any four-year engineering discipline, computer science, technology management, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Foundational technical aptitude, including the ability to read drawings and learn tools quickly
• Genuine curiosity about technology systems in buildings and facilities
• Eagerness to learn from mentors and grow through real project work
